摘要
【目的】 研究谷胱甘肽对缺氧缺血脑损伤引起的神经细胞凋亡的作用。 【方法】 利用新生大鼠缺氧缺血脑损伤模型 ,通过末端转移酶介导的原位缺口标记 (TUNEL)法检测并比较缺氧缺血状态下用药与否对海马CA1区神经细胞凋亡的影响。 【结果】 谷胱甘肽 (还原性 )治疗可显著减少海马CA1区凋亡的阳性细胞数。 【结论】 谷胱甘肽可有效抑制缺氧缺血损伤引起的海马部位神经细胞凋亡 ,可有效对抗氧化张力在缺氧缺血损伤中引起的细胞凋亡。
To study the effects of glutathione on hypoxic ischemic brain damage in neonatal rats'hippocampal. Terminal deoxynucleotidyl transeferase mediated dUPT nick end lable (TUNEL) be used to detecte DNA cleavage due to apoptosis in section of hippocampal CA1 seven day old postnatal rats were divided into the hypoxic ischemic(HI) group ( n =12) and the control group ( n =10) and treated group( n =14)randomly. Brain samples of hypoxic ischemic brain damage in neonatal rats pretreated with glutathione significantly decreased number of positive statined nuclear in section of hippocampal CA1 compared to untreated the hypoxic ischemic group. [Conclusion] Glutathione inhibits effectively neuronal cell apoptosis of hippocampal CA1 in hypoxic ischemic brain damage.
