摘要
目的制备肝素固定化壳聚糖凝胶用于吸附血清中的低密度脂蛋白 (lowdensitylipoprotein ,LDL)。方法探讨不同物料比对凝胶吸附选择性的影响。结果在最佳物料比壳聚糖∶戊二醛 =1∶2 (mol/mol) ,壳聚糖∶肝素 =1∶1 (m/m)时 ,凝胶对LDL的去除率为 35 % ,而对HDL的去除率仅为 8%。
ObjectiveTo prepare an chitosan gel immobilized heparin to remove low density lipoprotein(LDL) in plasma. MethodsStudying the factors which influence the adsorption properties of chitosan gel immobilized heparin to LDL. ResultsAt the optimum proparetion condition with the mol ratio of chitosan∶gultydial=1∶2 and the weight ratio of chitosan∶heparin =1∶1,the removal ratio of LDL and highdensity lipoprotein in plasma achieve 35% and 8%, respectively. ConclusionThe adsorbent can selectively remove LDL in plasma.
