摘要
选择载脂蛋白(a)的高和低分子量表型各10例(均为男性,年龄24~25岁),应用RT-PCR技术,检测外周血单个核细胞低密度脂蛋白受体基因表达水平,发现低分子量表型者的脂蛋白(a)水平与低密度脂蛋白受体mRNA水平呈明显负相关(r=-0.78,P<0.01);高分子量表型者则无此相关性。而高和低分子量表型的低密度脂蛋白受体mRNA与低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平均呈负相关(r=-0.81和-0.72,P均<0.01),提示低密度脂蛋白受体可能是低分子量表型脂蛋白(a)的一个重要代谢途径。
Lipoprotein(a)is considered to be a special type of low density lipoprotein(LDL),which contains apolipoprotein(a)besides LDL.But the catabolism pathway of Lp (a) is not clear up to now.By reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) procedure,the expression levels of LDL receptor mRNA in the mononeuclear cells were measured in randomly selected samples of heathy men(aged 24 through 35 years)with high or low molecular weight phenotypes of apo(a)(respectively,10 men).It was found that there was negative association between Lp(a)levels and LDL receptor mRNA levels in men with low molecular weight phenotypes(r=-0.78,P<0.01);but no such association in men with high molecular weight phenotype.And there were negative associations between LDL cholesterol and LDL receptor mRNA levels in men with either high or low molecular weight phenotypes of apo(a)(r=-0.81or-0.72,P<0.01).The present study suggested that LDL receptor may be a main pathway of Lp(a) catabolism in men with low molecular weight phenotype of apo(a).
