脓疱疮研究新进展 被引量：8

摘要 脓疱疮是好发于儿童的细菌感染性皮肤疾病,传染性强,易暴发流行,发病率较高。其病原体目前认为主要是金黄色葡萄球菌与A组乙型溶血性链球菌,而金黄色葡萄球菌所产生的表皮松解毒素与其发病关系尤为密切。治疗时选择抗生素应注意针对青霉素耐药菌株。
