摘要
本文采用“中国人生活事件量表”对120例银屑病患者和120名正常对照者进行1:1配比病例对照研究。男67例,女53例。结果表明:有社会心理因素者发生银屑病的相对危险性为无社会心理因素者的3.77倍(OR=3.77,x^2=16.87,P<0.0001),且银屑病的发生与社会心理因素的严重程度间呈明显的正相关关系(P<0.001)。本研究提示:社会心理因素是银屑病患者重要的致病因素。
A matched-palr and case-control study was carried out in 120 patients, (male 67, female 53) with psoriasis and 120 normal ndividuals as control, matching in main aspects, the study was based upon the Chinese Life Events Scales (CLES). The results showed that, the risk of suffering from psoriasis in people with psychosocial factors was 3.77 times higher than those without psychosocial factors, (OR=3.77. X^2=16.87, P<0.0001) and there was positive correlation between psoriasis occurring and serious degree of psychosocial factors. The study suggested that the psychosocial factors are important pathogenic factors in causing psoriasis.
