本文较系统地分析船员人为因素对海上交通安全的危害,探讨了海上交通安全对船员素质的要求,以及为提高船员素质的途径和措施。
The article systematically analyzes artificial factors endangering the navigation security and studies the requirements of the crew's qualities for navigation security. It discusses what measures should be taken to improve the crew's qualities.
