摘要
组织智慧是组织在竞争激烈的21世纪中取胜的一个要素,在新技术新知识层出不穷的时代,组织只有通过挖掘自身各方面的潜力和不断地向外界学习来应对各方面的压力,并以此来提升自己的整体智慧,最终达到提升综合实力和竞争力的目的。从组织智慧的概念分析入手,解析了组织智慧的结构,提出了“6-C”结构模型和提升组织智慧的途径。
Organizational wisdom is a magic factor which uses organization to gain the success during the competition in the 21st century. In the modern era with constant new technologies and knowledge, organization has to dig its own diversified potentiality and continually study from the external world to deal with the pressure from all directions and promote its whole wisdom, and to its final aim of enhancing its comprehensive strength and the ability of competition. This paper starts with the analysis of organizational wisdom concept and analyzes the its structure, then advances the model 6-C which consits of six essential factors, concept of value, charades, creation, coping with emergency, Condensation and the culture of enterprise.
