摘要
本文介绍鼻外额窦穿刺术治疗急性额窦炎16例(18侧),全部治愈,随访3个月无复发。该法操作简单,创伤小,并发症少。文中介绍了手术适应症、操作方法和一些技术细节。
This article introduces a paracentesis of the frontal sinus outside the nose. 16 cases ( 18 sides ) of frontal sinusitis have been treated with a good curative effect.The proposed method is simple with a small wound and few complications. It is a new method for treating severe acute frontal sinusitis at present. Also introduced are the indications of this operation, the operational method and some technical details.
