摘要
本文报导用Ｎｄ：ＹＡＧ激光鼓膜打孔治疗渗出性中耳炎与穿孔前急性化脓性中耳炎９６例（１０２耳）临床经验。提出ＹＡＧ激光鼓膜打孔与鼓膜穿刺、切开及放置鼓膜通气管相比，具有效果确切、病人痛苦小、疗程短、无副作用、既方便又能降低医疗费用等诸多优点。
This article reports clinical experience of treating 96 cases of secretory otitis media and acute suppurative otitis media by Nd:YAG laser performation.The clinical treatment showed that performation with Nd:YAG laser is more effect way than other methods such as drum puncturing,laying up ventulation tube etc.This method is not only short course of healing but also painless and economic.
