摘要
目的 初步分析语前聋儿童人工耳蜗植入后听觉言语的康复进程。方法 通过对 4 2例行人工耳蜗植入的语前聋儿童进行重建听阈测试、双音节词封闭项识别 ,主题对话测试及智力评估 ,以了解他们术后的听力水平、听觉言语能力及智力情况。结果 受试者术后平均听阈在 35dBHL左右 ,在术后 6个月以上的聋儿中扬扬格双音节词识别率≥ 80 %的占 95 .4 5 % ;主题对话达到 3~ 4级水平的占 70 .83%。双音节词识别率≥ 80 %的聋儿言语能力为 3~ 4级水平的占 70 .97%。结论 对于智力发育正常 ,术后及时在康复机构接受科学、系统的康复训练的语前聋人工耳蜗植入的患儿 。
Objective To assess the hearing, language and intelligence in prelingually deafened children with multichannel cochlear implant ,and to analysie the basic pattern of speech recognition and language development.Methods 42 prelingually deafened children with cochlear implant participated in this study. The “Evaluating method on hearing and language rehabilitation in deafened children” was used as test material.Results The average hearing of these deafened children with cochlear implant was 35 dB HL.The correct recognition rate and language ability were escalating with prolonging the implanted time. Subjects showing significant progress half year after operation indicated that the cochlear implant could promote prelingually deafened children to develop their hearing and language level.Conclusion With scientific and systemic rehabilitation training, prelingually deaf children, who have ordinary intelligence,will have significant progress half year after the operation.
