自体胆汁胰管内注射建立急性出血坏死性胰腺炎家兔模型 被引量：1

摘要 目的:我们以胰管内注射自身胆汁诱导和建立了急性出血坏死性胰腺炎家兔模型. 方法:日本纯种长耳白兔20只,造模组15只,对照组5 只.通过抽取自身胆汁从十二指肠乳头处逆行穿刺主胰管注射,并于术后24 h处死动物取出胰腺,送组织病理学检查分级,对照组开腹后找到胰腺,未作处理,同样于术后24 h送组织病理学检查分级. 结果:模型组动物15只病理学诊断均为急性出血坏死性胰腺炎,水肿、炎症、出血、坏死4项指标评分均为Ⅲ-Ⅳ级, 造模成功.对照组只有1例为水肿Ⅰ级,1例为水肿Ⅱ级,其余均正常. 结论:通过兔胰管内逆行注射自身胆汁法诱导的重症胰腺炎模型胆源性胰腺炎病理生理相仿.
