基于优先级权系数法的架空线路入地改造控制算法 被引量:4

摘要 在判断矩阵分析法的基础上,利用多目标权系数组合赋值方法将其改进,得到定量评价多对象优先程度的优先级权系数法,并将其应用于架空线路入地改造的控制规划中。该方法可全面地、有层次地对入地改造中的各种必要因素进行优化量化,依据数值结果规划架空线路的入地改造顺序,避免人为决策的主观性。浦东新区架空线路控制及入地改造的工程实践证明了该方法的有效性和先进性。 Improving the judgement matrix analytical method by multi-object weight combination value assignment, a priority weights method, which can quantitatively estimate the priority degree of multi-objects, is obtained and applied to the planning for reconstruction of replacing overhead lines by underground cables. The necessary factors in the reconstruction of replacing overhead lines by underground cables can be comprehensively and hierarchically optimized and quantitized by the present method and this reconstruction can be planned according to the numerical results of calculation to avoid the subjectivity from manmade decision. The presented method is proved to be effective and advanced by the practical planning of the reconstruction of overhead lines in new area of Pudong district in Shanghai, China.
