Effects of cold and heat acclimation on the energy metabolism

摘要 69名男性青年,分成冷,热锻炼和相关的对照4大组。冷,热锻炼分别为5和2周,获得了习服。冷习服后常温下代谢率降低,在Td—5.5℃ 40min增幅降低50%,80min较40min增高14.3~15.4%,并由负值变为正值,120min较80min又增高21.4~23.6%。冷对照组初期增幅较大,中期和后期仅分别增高0.4%和16.3%。锻炼组寒颤迟。程度轻.热习服后常温下代谢率较高,在Td37℃和Td24℃分别踏车(100W)30min和力竭功量时,代谢率较锻练前增高6.9~10.6%和4.4~16.6%,力竭功量显著增加。热对照组在Td37℃时减少9%和15.3%,Td24℃时则增高4.1%和18.1%,力竭功量变化不显著。在越野或长跑锻炼过程中,后7.8天代谢率仅为头2.3天的80%和74%,锻炼组热行军代谢率降低3%,对照组仅降低1%。 Sixty-nine young males were divided into four groups. Cold and heat training groups,and the corresponding control groups.After 5-wk and 2-wk of training period respectively,the cold and heat training groups were both acclimated.After cold acclimation, the metabolic rate was reduced under normal temperature; the increasing scope reduced by 50% under Td -5.5℃ for 40 min.It rose by 14.3-15.4% for 80min as compared with for 40min,and the increasing scope changed from negative to positive value.It rose by 21.4-23.6%again for 120min as compared with for 80min.However,in the cold control group,the increasing scope was quite wide in the initial period but rose only by 0.4% and 16.3% in the middle and late periods respectively.Shivering was delayed and to a smaller extent in the training group.After heat acclimation,the metabolic rate was elevated under normal temperature, the increasing scope rose by 6.9-10.6%and 4.4-16.6% as compared with that in the pre-training period in bicycle ergometer(100w) under Td 37℃ and Td 24℃ for 30min and to exhaustion respectively, and the power of exhaustion was also elevated significantly.However,it reduced by 9% and 15.3% under Td 37℃, and it rose by 4.1% and 18.1% under Td 24℃ under the same condition in heat control groups respectively,while the power of exhaustion did ont change obviously. The metabolic rate during the training course on the 2nd and 3nd day of the initial period was reduced to 80% and 74% on the 7th and 8th day of the late period in cross-country race and long running respectively,while the metabolic rate of heat marching was reduced by 3% in training group and only 1% in heat control group.
