摘要
从基准地价评估信息系统的功能设计出发,将GIS用于基准地价评估的成果管理,并从AutoCAD、Excel、MapInfo的应用实践,说明了GIS技术在基准地价评估中的应用前景。
GIS is used into achievement management of standard land price appraisal based on the function design of SLPAIS; application foreground of GIS technique is explained from the applied practice of AutoCAD, Excel and MapInfo.
