摘要
目的 :调查了解复发性生殖器疱疹 (RGH)患者的心理健康状态 ,为临床心理治疗提供依据。方法 :采用症状自评表 (SCL - 90 )对 10 2例RGH患者进行心理调查。结果 :RGH患者的心理状态较常人为差 ,其躯体化、强迫、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、精神病性 6个因子分和阳性项目数均高于国内常模 ,差异有高度显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ;结论 :RGH患者有明显的心理障碍 ,在对其进行临床药物治疗的同时 ,配合心理治疗是十分必要的。
Objective:To understand the psychological status of patients with recurrent genital herpes(RGH).Methods:102 cases of RGH were analyzed using symptom check list (SCL-90).Results:The psychological status of patients with RGH is worse,In SCL-90,the counts of positive item and the scores the somatization,interpersonal sensitivity,deprssion, consternation and anxiety were significantly higher than those of the Chinese normals(p<0.01).Conclusion:The psychological status of patients with RGH is an impediment.It is imperative to treat them psychologically in combination with medications.
