摘要
南京地铁鼓楼站-玄武门站区间北端停车渡线段长333.586m,最大跨度17.358m,隧道间距小,洞形多且变化频繁,下穿地面段既有建筑物楼房;南端有320.6m隧道穿越软流塑淤泥质粉质粘土层,覆土厚度8~9m,穿越地面建筑群和地下管线网。穿越浅埋、松散地层,并在楼房下的大断面隧道施工和软流塑地层浅埋暗挖隧道施工,国内外均视为难点工程。施工中采用大管棚辅以小导管超前支护,掌子面深孔注浆及多分部法等综合技术,保证了施工安全和工程质量。
The length of cross-over section from Gulou station to Xuanwumen station of Nanjing subway is 333.586m, the maximum span length being 17.358m. The tunnels are characterized by small intervals, different section shapes and there are buildings above the tunnel. 320.6m of the tunnels at the south part go through soft flowing mucky silty clay and underground pipelines, with an overburden thickness of 8~9m. Shallow embedment tunnel construction in such complicated conditions is regarded as difficult work all over the world. Comprehensive construction technologies are adopted, such as large pipe-shed and small tremie as advance support, deep hole grouting in working face and partial excavation and so on. Therefore, the safety and quality of the construction is guaranteed.
