摘要
目的探讨CT引导下经皮椎弓根置管定位术。方法23例患者,男16例,女7例,均采用CT引导下经皮椎弓根置管定位术置入椎弓根钉共92颗结果术中患者无身体不适,术后无并发症发生,术后CT扫描证实置钉优良率达100%结论CT引导下经皮椎弓根置管定位术有效解决了椎弓根钉置入的准确性这一难题。
Objective To discuss the study on CT guidedpercutaneous radix arcus vertebrae place tube andorientation. Method In total 23 patients,16 males and 7females, who recieved CT guided percutaneous radix arcusvertebrae place tube and orientation. In total 92 arcus screws wereplaced. Results No complication observed after the procedure, CT scan confirmedthat 100%screws were accurately placed. Conclusion CT guided percutaneous radix arcus vertebrae tube placment andorientation ensures the nicety of arcus vertebrae screw placement.
