摘要
目的 观察急性酒精中毒后家兔胃电、肠电的变化。方法 实验组家兔胃腔内直接注入高浓度酒精后 ,记录胃肠电慢波频率、幅值 (SWF ,SWA)及快波频率、幅值 (FWF ,FWA) ,与对照组胃肠电频率和幅值比较。结果 急性酒精中毒后家兔胃肠电慢波的频率和幅值均明显降低 (P <0 .0 1) ;快波的频率和幅值也明显降低 (P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 5) ,其中频率的变化较幅值变化更有意义。结论 急性酒精中毒可致胃肠运动基本电节律紊乱 。
Objective To study the effects of acute alcoholism on stomach and doudenal electrical activity in rabbits.Method Alcohol was injected into the stomach directly and recorded the slow wave freguency and amplitude of stomach and doudenal.The comparison with normal deta was flowed.Result The frequency and amplitude of slow wave of stomach and doudenal in rabbits were reduced by injected into alcohol,so were the frequency and amplitude of fast wave.The results suggested that the changed frequency (P<0.01) of fast wave was significant in clinics.Conclusion Acute alcoholism could cause basic electrical rhythm disordor and decreased the function of stomach and doudenal.
