摘要
作为一个高人口密度、土地匮乏的国家,荷兰为居民创造安全、多样化,并且具有吸引力的城市居住环境的经验对于全球化背景下,我国城市住宅发展和城市更新建设具有很好的借鉴意义。本文主要介绍了荷兰政府和社会住宅机构[1]共同推动的社会住宅政策,以及这些社会住宅如何保障了社会低收入群体的居住质量,如何实现了贫、富社会阶层的整合,如何促进了历史街区的保护等经验。
As a country with high population densitybut short of land resource, the Netherlands hasadvanced experiences in providing safe, diverse andattractive urban residential environments for its people,which could be used as references for Chinese urbanhousing or urban redevelopment issues. This paperintroduces the social housing policy initiated by Dutchgovernment and social housing institutions, as well ashow could the social housing program not only ensureresidential quality of low-income population, realizeintegration of the rich and poor social groups, but alsofacilitate urban revitalization process for historicdistricts.
