肝纤维化形成的机制——信号转导通路TGF-β/smad的作用概论 被引量:8

摘要 肝纤维化是各种慢性肝病的共同病理基础,其发生与各种致病因子、炎性因子以及细胞因子等作用有关。转化生长因子-β1(transforming growth factor beta 1,TGF-β1)是TGF—β超家族的主要成员,能抑制肝细胞、内皮细胞、上皮细胞的增殖,诱导细胞外基质的形成。Smads介导TGF-β超家族受体到核基因的信号传递,smad4为其通用型smad蛋白,为TGF-β信号传递通路所必须的下游中介分子。本文主要就目前研究的热点TGF-β/smad信号转导通路在肝纤维化形成、发展中的作用进行综述。
