摘要 SARS从爆发到现在已有一年多了,虽然流行已经过去,但对SARS病毒(SARS-CoV)的研究却从未 停止过。本文综述了SARS-CoV基因全序列的特点,分析了序列稳定性以及病毒基因序列的基本框架和调控,探讨 了SARS-CoV的可能来源。
