The Preparation and Application Developments of Carbon Molecular Sieve

摘要 叙述了国内外碳分子筛(CMS)的炭化、活化等制备工艺、不同原料制备技术以及孔径控制技术等研究进展情况,介绍了CMS在空气制氮、气体储存、气体分离和CO2捕获等方面的应用情况,分析了国内外CMS制备技术和孔径控制技术的发展趋势。认为生物质和有机高分子聚合物废弃物制备CMS符合国家环保政策,将成为未来制备CMS的首选原料。 The research progress of carbon molecular sieves(CMS) such as the preparation process containing carbonization and activation, the preparation technology using different raw materials and the aperture control technology were reviewed at home and abroad. The applications of CMS on air to nitrogen, gas storage, gas separation and CO2 capture were shown. The development trend of preparation technology and aperture control technology for CMS was analyzed. The biomass and waste organic polymer for preparing CMS conforms to the national environmental policy, will become the first choice raw material for CMS in the future.
