摘要
铜及铜合金制品经高温氧化后氧化皮过厚,进行化学抛光处理难度较大。研制出易于操作的低污染快速脱膜-低污染化学抛光-无铬高效钝化工艺。介绍了以上三道工序的规范、溶液配置及维护、工艺条件的影响。该工艺用于超厚氧化皮铜及铜合金零件表面处理,效果较好。
Super-thick oxide films on copper and copper alloy parts heat-treated at high temperature make it very difficult for chemical polishing of the parts. A new easy-to-operate process was developed thereby. It consists of three procedures: low-pollution fast film removal, low-pollution chemical polishing, and high-effect chrominum-free passivation. The specifications, preparation and control of the solution, and the influence of the process conditions were introduced. The process can be applied for the surface treatment of copper and copper alloy parts with super-thick oxide films and has a good effect.
