心脏保护在前列腺增生症合并冠心病病人围手术期的应用 被引量：1

摘要 目的　探讨心脏保护在前列腺增生症合并冠心病病人围手术期应用的问题。方法　对 6 2例择期行前列腺切除术的前列腺增生症合并冠心病病人应用高位胸段硬膜外交感神经阻滞 (HTESB) ,术前治疗 5天或治疗至心绞痛症状消失及ECG有明显改善后开始手术 ,术后继续治疗 1～ 2周。结果　用药后数分钟即可明显改善自觉症状 ,ECG显示缺血性改变的S T段在数分钟至数日内均有明显改善或转为正常 ,术前、术中无死亡病例 ,术后 1例因冠心病发作猝死。结论　HTESB能明显改善心肌缺血 ,稳定循环指标 。
