摘要
加强农村教育是促进农村特别是老少边贫困地区发展的重要手段。"河北科盟远程教育扶贫网"的建成,有力地推动了学习型社会在贫困地区的形成和农村经济的发展,是"实施现代远程教育扶贫研究"的一个丰硕成果。"扶贫网"的意义决不仅仅限于教育,更不仅仅限于扶贫,而是建造了教育、科技、经济相互结盟的桥梁和纽带。
Enhancing rural education is an important means of promoting the development of the countryside, especially of the old liberated areas, the minority nationality regions and the impoverity areas. The establishment of 'Kemeng Long-Distance Educational Network' is a great success of the study on implementing modern Long-distance educational aid-the-poor programme.The significance of the 'Aid-the-Poor Network' is not only confined to education and aid-the-poor , but also a bridge and link among education, technology and economy.
