摘要
本文阐述了可持续发展的涵义及系统目标,并在此基础上分析了为什么在全面建设小康社会的过程中要强调可持续发展战略,最后从新制度经济学的独特视角提出了几点全面建设小康社会的建设性建议。
This paper firstly expatiates on the connotation and system targets of the sustainable development,on the basis of this, analyses why we emphasize the sustainable development in the course of all-round construction of a well-off society. Finally, the paper puts forward some constructive suggestions on all-round construction of a well-off society from the special view of new system economics .
