摘要
随着现代经济的发展,作为物流经济中一个分支的逆向物流越来越受到人们的重视。由于逆向物流系统的高度复杂性、系统目标的多样性、系统流程的不确定性等特点,使得在这一领域中开展电子商务比较困难。优化逆向物流的管理信息系统、充分利用现代电子技术、提高网站设计等,是电子商务环境下发挥逆向物流系统功能的重要途径。
With the development of modern economy, people pay more attention to reciprocal logistics. Owning to complexity of logistics system, diversity of system object and uncertainty of system flow, these characteristics make it very difficult to develop electronic commerce in this field. Optimizing management information system of reciprocal logistics, making use of modem electron technology and improving web design are important measures to exert reciprocal logistics system function under the circumstance of electronic commerce.
