摘要
本文利用Weibull分布函数描述槟榔在不同干燥方式(烘箱干燥和热风干燥)、不同干燥温度(60、80和100℃)下的干燥过程,并模拟和分析了其干燥动力曲线。结果表明,Weibull分布函数能够很好地模拟槟榔在试验条件下的干燥过程;尺度参数α随着干燥温度的升高而减小;尺度参数β对干燥温度影响很小。干燥过程中的水分扩散系数Dcal分布在0.1123×10-7~0.4105×10-7 m2·s-1之间,在烘箱干燥和热风干燥方式下的干燥活化能分别为33.19和32.55 k J/mol。
Application of Weibull distribution was used in this study to describe the drying process of areca nut under different drying methods(dry-chamber drying, hot air drying) and drying temperature(60, 80 and 100 ℃), simulate and analyze the drying kinetics curves. The result indicated that Weibull distribution could provide good prediction for the moisture content. Scale parameter α decreased with the increase of drying temperature. However shape parameter β had a little impact on drying temperatures. Calculated moisture diffusion coefficient Dcalof areca nut samples was calculated,which ranged from 0.1123×10-7 to 0.4105×10-7 m2·s-1. According to Arrhenius equation, dry activation energy of dry-chamber drying and hot air drying could be calculated to be 33.19 and 32.55 k J/mol respectively. The result provided a reference for the application of Weibull distribution on areca nut drying.
