摘要
运用文献资料、比较研究等相关方法,从身体哲学的视角分析中、西方体育思想的差异。研究认为:西方对于身体的认识经历了灵肉分离到身体回归的过程,但是始终没有摆脱身心二元的思维惯式;"身心不二"的思维认识,视身如物与贵己重身是中国古代身体观的核心;在中西方不同的身体哲学背景下,衍生了不同的体育思想及表现形式,中西方体育思想的差异主要表现在:(1)理性思维与感性思维的本体差异催生了不同运动竞技理论的诞生;(2)强调内敛与倡导张扬的项目表现形式,展现了中西方不同的哲学背景和文化特征;(3)西方体育思想注重微观解构和系统整合,中国传统体育思想则注重整体效应;(4)西方体育已经成为现代休闲的主要方式,中国体育正经历由政治化向大众化发展的转型。
In this paper,documents,comparative study and other relevant methods were used to analyze from the perspective of body philosophy the difference of sport thoughts in China and the Western countries.The study suggests that:the Western countries have experienced the process of separation of body and soul to the return of body,but have never gotten rid of the dualistic body-mind style of thinking;the knowledge of'mind-body dualism'thinking which regarded the bodies as things and valued the life of individuals is the core of the ancient Chinese concept of body;in the background of different body philosophies in the Western countries,different sport thoughts and expressions have been derived,and the differences of sport thoughts between China and the Western countries are mainly reflected in(1)the difference in rational and perceptual thinking gave birth to different sport theories;(2)emphasizing restraint and advocating assertive event expression forms have demonstrated different philosophical backgrounds and cultural characteristics between China and the Western countries;(3)The western sport thoughts lay emphasis on microscopic deconstruction and system integration,while the Chinese traditional sport thoughts valued the overall effect;(4)the western sports have become the main styles of modern leisure,and the Chinese sports are experiencing the transition from political to mass development.
