老年乳腺癌患者的治疗方案 被引量：5

摘要 绝经后乳腺癌发病率上升,70岁左右达发病率最高峰〔1〕。与年轻乳腺癌患者相比,老年乳腺癌患者有其临床特点及生物学特征。虽然手术切除治疗是目前乳腺癌治疗的主要手段,但手术方式及术后辅助化疗还是内分泌治疗更适合仍存在争议。本研究探讨老年乳腺癌患者的临床特点及治疗方案。1对象和方法1.1研究对象回顾性收集2009年1月至2011年1月我院年龄大于65岁的乳腺癌患者115例,年龄65~88〔平均(74.
