摘要
目的：探讨穴位注射疗法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效。方法：将83例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组采用丹红注射液行颈部穴位注射治疗，对照组采用颈部星状神经节阻滞疗法治疗。结果：两组总有效率无显著性差异（P>0.05）。结论：丹红注射液穴位注射治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效与星状神经节阻滞疗法相近，可作为治疗椎动脉型颈椎病首选方法。
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of point-injection therapy in of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis. Methods:83 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group with Danhong injection for cervical point-injection therapy, the control group using the neck of stellate ganglion block in the treatment. Results:The total efficiency of two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion:Danhong injection in treating vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis and stellate ganglion block therapy is similar, can be used as the treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis preferred method.
