摘要
人力资源成为区域经济发展的第一资源,各个地区都在努力开发自身的人力资源竞争优势。本文构建起人力资源竞争力评价指标,通过对河南省人力资源竞争力进行分析,以期能够找到自身发展的优势、劣势以及发展中面临的机会和威胁,从而更有针对性地提升其竞争实力。
The human resources become the first resource in regional economic development, every area develop their own competitive advantage of all. This paper constructs the evaluation index of the competitiveness of human resources. Based on the analysis of the com-petitiveness of human resources in Henan province, in order to find their own development of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, thus more targeted to enhance its competitive strength.
