摘要
设计的剥皮削片联合机适用于林区的小径材、枝丫材等采伐剩余物的剥皮削片。分析了剥皮削片联合机的总体设计方案,阐述了基于SolidWorks软件平台设计的剥皮削片联合机。采用SolidWorks Motion动力学插件,对剥皮削片联合机进行运动仿真,验证了设计方案的可行性。
@@@@The combined debarking and chipping equipment designed in this study is suitable for debarking and chipping such logging residuals as small-diameter timber and wood branches. The overall design scheme of the combined debarking and chipping equipment is analyzed and the combined debarking and chipping equipment designed based on Solidworks software platform is introduced. Based on the SolidWorks Motion plugin, the key equipment for using log residue to produce high quality wood chips. Firstly, the overall design of the motion simulation of the combined debarking and chipping equipment is conducted, thereby verifying the feasibility of the design scheme.
