摘要
采用“三级”优选法进行食用菌栽培实验。结果表明:黑荆枝丫材锯屑的蛋白质、木素、戊聚糖、淀粉、磷和钙等含量均比杂木屑高,是栽培食用菌的优质培养料。宜用黑荆枝丫材栽培的食用菌有香菇、毛木耳、金针菇、凤尾菇和猴头等,它们的产量高、质量好。结果证实,黑荆枝丫材完全可以代替木屑栽培食用菌,既有较高的经济效益,又有利于保持森林生态平衡。
Cultivation tests of edible mushrooms were conducted by 'Three Stage Optimum Seeking Method'. Results show that sawdust of black wattle branches which contains more protein, lignin.pentosan, starch, P and Ca etc. than the ordinary mixed sawdust is a good substrate. Edible mushrooms like Lcntinus edodcs (Berk. ) sing. , Auricutaria polytricha ( Mont) sacc. , Flammulina vetvtipes (Curt, ex Fr. ) sing. , Pleurotus sajor-caju (Fr. ) sing, and Hericium erinaceus (Bull, ex Fr. ) Pers. , can be cultivated on black wattle sawdust with higher yield and excellent quality.
It has been fully proved that black wattle sawdust can be used instead of other sawdust as substrate for cultivating edible mushrooms. It also brings significant economic and ecological benefits.
