老年糖尿病合并脑梗死患者血液流变学及血清尿酸检测分析

摘要 目的:研究分析血液流变学、血清尿酸(英简UA)检测对评判糖尿病老年患者出现脑梗死的临床意义。方法:选择2011年4月-2014年4月期间在我院接受治疗72例2型糖尿病老年患者,根据是否并发脑梗死分成糖尿病组(38例患者)与脑梗死组(34例患者),另选择同期36例健康体检老人作为对照组。结果:糖尿病组患者的血清UA、血小板聚集率、纤维蛋白原、血浆黏度、血黏度均大于对照组(P<0.05);脑梗死组患者的各项指标又大于糖尿病组(P<0.05)。结论:检测糖尿病老年患者的血液流变学指标、血清UA能够有效预测脑梗死疾病,临床作用价值较高。
