摘要
目的 探讨2型糖尿病患者的血、尿渗透压以及尿素、肌酐、尿酸检测对糖尿病肾病早期诊断和病情监测的临床意义。方法 分析具备完整临床资料的2013年6月~2014年6月在万载县人民医院就诊的2型糖尿病患者50例,以及同期来万载县人民医院体检的健康体检者25名。50例2型糖尿病患者中,病程较短,且无糖尿病肾病的患者设为观察组A组(25例),病程较长,且已确诊为糖尿病肾病患者设为观察组B组(25例),选择健康体检者为对照组。3组同时进行血、尿渗透压,尿素、肌酐、尿酸检测。结果 观察组A组与对照组的血、尿渗透压比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);观察组B组与对照组的血、尿渗透压,尿素、肌酐、尿酸含量比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);观察组A、B组的血、尿渗透压,尿素、肌酐、尿酸含量比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);观察组A组与对照组的尿素、肌酐、尿酸含量比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病患者的血、尿渗透压以及尿素、肌酐、尿酸检测对糖尿病肾病的早期诊断和病情监测的临床意义较高,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical significance of blood osmotic pressure,urine osmotic pressure,urea,creatinine,and uric acid detected in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus for early diagnosis and condition monitoring of diabetic nephropathy. Methods From June 2013 to June 2014,having complete clinical data from 50 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus treated in Wanzai People's Hospital and 25 healthy participants for physical examinations in the same period admitted in to Wanzai People's Hospital was analyzed respectively.Among 50 patients with type 2 diabetes mel- fitus,those who didn't have diabetic nephropathy and a shorter course of disease were classified into observation group A group,and those who were diagnosed as diabetic nephropathy and a longer course of disease were categorized into observation group B group.The healthy participants were chosen into control group.Each group included 25 cases.Three groups were simultaneously given the detection of plasma osmotic pressure,urine osmotic pressure,urea,creatinine,and uric acid. Results There was a statistical difference of blood osmotic pressure and urine osmotic pressure between observation group A group and control group (P〈0.05).In comparisons with blood osmotic pressure,urine osmotic pressure, urea,creatinine,and uric acid,there was a statistical difference in observation group B group and control group (P〈0.05). Between observation group A group and observation group B group, blood osmotic pressure,urine osmotic pressure,urea, creatinine,and uric acid displayed statistical difference (P〈0.05).Compared with content of urea,creatinine,and uric acid in observation group A group and control group,there was no significant difference (P〉0.05). Conclusion Detection of blood osmotic pressure,urine osmotic pressure,urea,creatinine,and uric acid in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus has a higher clinical significance in early diagnosis and disease monitoring for diabetic nephropathy,which is worthy of pro- motion and application.
