摘要
目的:探讨定量CT测量骨密度的准确性。方法:用定量CT测量20例猪腰椎骨,将测得的骨密度与椎体的灰质量及灰质量密度比较。结果:定量CT的骨密度与灰质量密度线性相关性较好(松质r=0.80,皮质r=0.79,P<0.01),与灰质量的相关性较差(皮质r=0.39,松质r=0.38,P>0.05)。结论:定量CT测量骨密度准确性较好。
AIM:To study the accuracy of quantitative computed tomography (QCT) for measuring bone mineral density(BMD). METHODS:Totally 20 pig lumbar vertebral bodies were measured by QCT. The BMD assayed by QCT was compared with bone ash weight and bone ash density. RESULTS:BMD measuted by QCT had siguificant linear correlation with bone ash density (spongy r=0.80, cortex r=0.79,P< 0.01), while it did not show significant correlation with bone ash weight(cortex r=0.39, spongy r=0.38,P >0.05). CONCLUSION:Measurement of BMD by QCT is accurate.
