摘要
以 MS 和 C_(17)为基本培养基对大赖草成熟胚进行离体培养,外植体可在原培养基上依次完成诱导、分化和植株再生。试验表明,愈伤组织的诱导过程需要2.4—D,而 KT 对诱导有一定抑制,但对分化育明显促进作用。本试验共获得三大类愈伤组织。
Leymus racemosus (Lam.) Tzvel mature embryos were cultured on MS andC_(17) media supplemented with different concentration of 2.4—D and KT.Total process of cal-lus induction,differentiation and plantlet regeneration was completed on the same medium.The experimental result showed that callus induction depended upon the existence of 2.4-D.KT was inhibitory to callus formation,but promoted callus differentiation.Three kinds ofcallus were obtained in this experiment.
