摘要
研究补肾中药对大鼠肝匀浆过氧化脂质生成的影响.结果表明,各补肾中药组大鼠肝匀浆过氧化脂质生成量显著低于生理盐水对照组(P<0.01),说明补肾中药具有抑制大鼠肝匀浆过氧化脂质生成的作用,提示补肾中药含有抗氧化成分.由此推测,补肾中药抗衰老作用的机理之一,可能是抑制了自由基引起的脂质过氧化损伤作用.
This paper reports the effect of Chinese herbs tonifying the kidney on the production of lipid peroxides of rats liver homogenate. In the experiment we observed that the quantity of lipid peroxides of the Chinese herbve group was much lower than that of the control group (P< 0.01). The result showed that Chinese herbs tonifying kidney could inhibit the production of lipid peroxides of rat liver homogenate, and demonstrated that Chinese herbs tonifying kidney have the anti-oxidation elements. It suggested that anti-aging mechanism of Chinese herbs tonifing kidney is that the herbs inhibit the free radical to cause the lipid peroxides injure.
