摘要
本文在47套(男26,女21)内蒙古通辽地区出土的干燥成人骨骼标本上测量了股骨头的底径和高度,并通过公式计算了股骨头的直径、表面积和体积。股骨头的底径:男4.58±0.03cm,女4.10±0.03cm;高度:男3.11±0.02cm,女2.89±0.02cm;直径:男4.80±003cm,女4.35±0.03cm;表面积:男46.87±0.59cm^2,女39.28±0.59cm^2;体积:男41.58±0.80cm^3,女31.87±0.80cm^3。所有指标均有显著性性别差异,并对股骨颈骨折内固定方法的选择和人工股骨头置换具有指导意义。
The base path and height of the femoral head were measured in 47 sets (male26, female 21)of adult dry skeletons unearthed from Tongliao district in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The diameter, surface area and volume of the femoral head were calculated by related formulas. We supposed the femoral head were as a part of the ball, the diameter of the articular surface circumference of the femoral head was regarded as the base path of the femoral head, the vertical distance from the top point of the femoral head to its base path was considered as the height of the femoral head. The base path is 4. 85±0. 03cm in male and 4. 10±0. 03cm in female, the height is 3. 11±0. 02cm in male and 2. 89±0. 02cm in female, the diameter is 4. 80±0. 03cm in male and 4. 35±0. 03cm in female, the surface area is 46. 87±0. 59cm^2 in male and 39. 28±0. 59cm^2 in female, the volume is 41. 58±0. 80cm^3 in male and 31. 87±0. 80cm^3 in female. There are sexual significant difference in all above indexes and their clinical significance were discussed.
