摘要
目的建立解毒泄浊Ι号颗粒的薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法采用薄层色谱法对本制剂中的土茯苓、六月雪、大黄、槐花进行定性鉴别。结果薄层色谱可鉴别出土茯苓、六月雪、大黄、槐花,且阴性无干扰。结论薄层色谱专属性强,方法简便可靠,重现性好,可用于解毒泄浊Ι号颗粒的鉴别。
Aim To establish the method for identification of Jieduxiezhuo Ⅰ granules. Method Rhizoma smilacis glabrae,Herba serissac japonicae,Radix et Rhizoma rhei and Flos sophorae were identified by TLC. Results The TLC spots developed were fairly clear, and the blank test showed no interference. Conclusion TLC was highly special, simple, accurate and repeatable. It can be used to identify the herbal medicines in Jieduxiezhuo Ⅰ granules.
