摘要
对“西引早豆”下胚轴体细胞无性系中5个变异体 R_2代的主成分分析表明,单株荚数、单株粒数和单株粒重的作用最大,是构成产量的主要因素;荚长、荚宽作用次之,受其它性状的影响较小,相对独立;株高、主茎节数作用更小,主要通过影响荚粒因子而间接影响产量。
Principal analysis was made of the R_2 of five variants of hypocotyl-derived somaclones of soybean (Glycine max,L.,ev.XYZHD).The most imporonents yield com- ponents wrer pods/plant,seed number/plant and weight/plant,followed by pod length and pod width,which aare relatively indepependent,Plant height and node number of the main stem indirectly infulenced yield,mainly through their efects on seeds per pod.
