摘要
设计一种新的简易的分解样品及前处理方法,用寿命长、重现性好、能分析最多种化合物的反相C_(18)柱,选用便宜易得的甲醇水为流动相,分离各组分,在254nm检测,建立一个测定有机玻璃中甲基丙烯酸甲酯单体的新方法。方法的标准偏差为0.07％,变动系数为3.3％。回收率为101％,在工业上使用取得良好的结果。
A method for the determination of methylmethacrylate in the Polymethylmethacrylate by RP-HPLC was proposed.The method for the decomposition of the sample and the pretratment for the sample is rapid and simple.The column used is C_(18) and the mobile phase is methanolwater.The detection wave is 254nm.The method proposed was satisfactory for the determination of practical samples with the standard diavition of 0.07%, coefficient of variation of 3.3% and the recovery of 101%.
