摘要
[目的]了解成都市某三级甲等医院护士的心理健康状况及其影响因素。[方法]对该医院247名护士进行症状自评量表、人口统计学特征调查表等测评并分析。[结果]研究对象的SCL-90的总分及除人际关系外的各症状因子高于常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);30岁以上年龄组护士的躯体化因子和抑郁因子分高于30岁内年龄组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);工作10年以上的护士的躯体化因子和抑郁因子分高于工作10年以内组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);ICU、外科手术室护士的躯体化因子分高于病房组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]某三级甲等医院护士心理卫生问题发生率高,30岁以上年龄组护士的心理卫生问题发生率高于30岁以内组;工作10年以上的护士的躯体化因子和抑郁因子分高于工作10年以内组;ICU、外科手术室护士的躯体化因子分高于病房组。
Objective. To know about the status quo of psychological health of nurses in third- grade class- A hospital in Chengdu city and its influence factors. Methods. A total of 247 nurses were investigated by adopting symptom self- evaluation scale and demography characteristic questionnaire. Results. The total score of SCL - 90 of research subject and score of each symptom fac- tor except interpersonal relation score were all higher than that of the norm. There were statistical significant differences between them （P~ 0. 0i）. In terms of scores of somatization factor and depression factor of nurses over 30 years old were higher than that of those less than 30 years old. There were sta- tistical significant differences between them （P^0.05）. Scores of somadzation and depression factors of nurses who had worked for over ten years were higher than that of those who worked less than ten years. There were statistical significant differences between them （P〈0.05）. The score of somatization factor of nurses in ICU and operation room was higher than that of nurses working in ward. There was statistical significant difference between them （P〈0.05）. Conclusion. The incidence of psychological problems of nurses in a third- grade class- A hospital is higher. The incidence of psychological problems of nurses over 30 years old was higher than that of those less than 30 years old. Scores of somatization and depression factors of nurses who had worked for o- ver ten years were higher than that of those who worked less than ten years. And the score of somatization factor of nurses in ICU and operation room was higher than that of nurses working in ward.
