摘要
在研究羟丙基田菁胶水溶液的性质基础上,详细探讨了羟丙基田菁钛冻胶的流变性、热稳定性、滤失性、破胶性、低伤害性等重要参数,指出影响冻胶交联性能的主要因素是交联比和pH值。
his paper has studied in detail pertinent parameters of hydraulic fracturing along with hydroxypropyl sesbania Titianium gel, such as the properties of rheohogical, heatstability, breaking gum, fluidloss, lowdamage. On the basis of hydroxypropyl sesbania gum watersolution properties, crosslinking ratio and pH value were main effectors with affecting crosslinking function of gel, this conclusion is titanium gydroxypropyl gel possessed of antishearing, heatproof, lowloss and lowdamage to substratum. And the gel is a favorite geltizer fitted for hightemperature, deepwell, lowpenetration oil gas oilfied. And gel viscosity depends on temperature, crosslinking ratio, pH value. Its gel is noninverse proceeding in condition of hightemperature and shearingtime.
