摘要
采用结扎SD大鼠左冠状动脉前降支模型,术后一周开始应用人参与电针治疗2周,大鼠的室颤阈(VFT)明显升高。证明人参与电针均可有效防治心梗后期实验性心律失常。通过受体药理分析发现:人参与电针均明显降低缺血性心肌对异丙肾上腺素(ISO)致颤的敏感性。
The model SD rats ligated at the proximate left anterior descend (LAD) of coronary was used. One week after operation, ginseng and electroacupuncture were given separately for two weeks, the ventricular fibrillation threshold (VFT) of rats raised significantly after treatment. The results proved that: Ginseng and electroacupuncture could prevent effectively experimental ventricular arthythmia cluring post period of myocardial infarction. The receptor pharmacologic analysis showed that sensitivity of ventricular fibrillation in ischemic myocardium due to isoprenatine was decreased markedly after using ginseng and electroacupuncture. It was evidenced that the mechanism of therapy was related to block β receptor with post period of myocardial infarction.
