摘要
通过测定30例各种心脏病合并心功能不全住院患者血清铜、铁、锌、镁、锂、钙六种元素的含量并与39例正常人进行对比,发现锌、锂含量明显低于正常人,统计学处理差异十分显著(P<0.01),血清镁高于正常人(P<0.05),血钙、铁、铜含量则无差异.微量元素广泛参与心肌细胞能量代谢.适当补锌、补锂对缺血性心肌有保护作用.
This is the determination of six kinds of element content (Cu. Fe. Zn, Mg, Li, Ca) in blood serum from 30 sufferers of various heart diseases and cardiac insufficiency and the contrast with element content of 39 cases of normal persons. From that, there is great difference between patient and normal person according to the statistic count. It is found that the content of Zn. Li in blood serum is lower than that of normal person (P <0. 01), Mg in blood serum is higher than that of normal person (P <0. 05), but there is no difference about the content of Zn, Fe, Cu. Trace elements contribute a lot to the energy metabolism of cardiac muscle cell. The proper Supply of Zn and Li can play a part in protecting myocardial ischemia.
