摘要
目的 探讨阿托伐他汀对血管壁平滑肌细胞凋亡的影响。方法 将 2 9只新西兰白兔随机分为正常组、病理组、用药 5 w组及用药 9w组。实验后取损伤侧髂动脉 ,行弹力纤维染色以测量内膜、中膜厚度 ,采用肌动蛋白 (Actin)免疫组化技术及 Tunel法检测血管壁平滑肌细胞和凋亡细胞。结果 用药 9w组与病理组相比 ,血管壁内膜厚度明显减少 ,内膜 /中膜比值降低 ,血管壁 Actin阳性细胞数减少 ,Tunel阳性细胞数明显增多。
Objective To investigate the effect of atorvastatin on smooth muscle cell apoptosis in vascular wall.Methods 29 healthy New Zealand White rabbits were randomly separated into 4 groups: normal group, pathological group, atorvastatin treatment for 5 week group and atorvastatin treatment for 9 week group. At the end of the study, the injury iliac arteries were processed with elastic fibrin stain to measure the intimal and medial thickness of vascular walls. Immunohistochemical analysis of actin monoclonal antibodies and Tunel technique were respectively used to identify smooth muscle cells and apoptosis cells in the vascular walls. Results In 9 week treatment group, compared with pathological group, the intimal thickness, intimal/medial thickness ratio were significantly reduced, the numbers of actin positive cells were reduced and Tunel positive cells in intima were remarkably increased.Conclusions Atorvastatin can induce smooth muscle cell apoptosis.
