肿瘤病人与正常人血中核糖核酸酶及核糖核酸酶抑制因子活性的比较

摘要 核糖核酸酶(RNase)是降解 RNA 的酶,核糖核酸酶抑制因子(RI)能抑制 RNase 的活力,使 RNA 降解速度减慢,延长其半衰期,故使蛋白质合成增加。核糖核酸酶及其抑制因子的活性与衰老密切相关。本研究比较了肿瘤病人血中与正常人血中核糖核酸酶及 RI 的活性。结果发现,肿瘤病人的 RI 活性明显低于正常同年龄组,而 RNase 活性明显高于正常组。 Ribonuclease(RNase)is an enzyme catalyzing RNA degradation. Ribonuclease inhibitor(RI)is an acidic glycoprotein presented in the cytoplasm.RI can bind with RNase and inhibits RNase activity.The activities of RNase and RI are closely related to the rate of RNA degradution and the speed of protein synthesis,therefore the changes of RNase and RI activities will have a great influence on the metabolism of organism.The activities of RBC RI and Acid RNase(ACR)and free alkaline RNase(AKR)in serum of healthy young,old men and cancer patients have been investigated.The results showed that there were significant differences of the activities of RNase and RI between the normal men and cancer patients.The activity of RBC RI in cancer patients was reduced while the activities of ACR and fAKR in serum were increased compared with the control normal men.
