摘要
用 NDV 和副流感病毒腹腔注射免疫治疗小鼠 H_(22)腹水瘤,其免疫功能与对照组相比有明显变化。淋巴细胞的转化率。NK 细胞的活性、Ea 花环的形成率及抗体生成细胞的免疫指标均高于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。本文对免疫治疗机理进行了初步探讨。
Present report involves the study on the treatment of H_(22)ascitic tumor in mice with NDV and parainfluenza virus strain,observing on the immune functions for the virus treatment group and control group,the result shows that E—activity rosette forming cell rate,lymphocyte blastogenesis rate,PFC and NK active in treated group with virus are higher than that of the control group.
